College of Oil and Gas Engineering Launches Tree Planting Campaign for College Gardens

Believing in its role in serving the community, the College of Oil and Gas Engineering initiated the first phase of the tree planting campaign organized by the college this morning, October 16, 2023. The campaign was supervised by the Dean of the College of Oil and Gas Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Abdul Amir Jassim, and implemented by a distinguished group of faculty members and college staff. The first part of the campaign included planting the first batch of agricultural seedlings in the garden surrounding the college to establish vegetation cover. It is worth noting that the college is planning to plant more greenery to increase green spaces and provide a healthy green environment.
