Activities in Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining
Seminars
The College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering organizes weekly seminars and study sessions within the college, with participation from lecturers both inside and outside the university. The department's professors have actively participated in this series of seminars.
Scientific Visits
To strengthen the department's relationship with companies operating in the oil sector in particular, and the industrial sector in general, and to increase students' awareness of the nature of the future work environment, the department annually organizes field scientific visits to work sites to enrich the practical aspect for the students.
