4. Student Learning Outcomes

Gas process and petrochemical engineering is the study of the steps that convert petroleum (oil and gas) to product which can be used in our daily needs. Graduates obtain information on the historical and technical aspects of natural gas, and petroleum product such as petrochemical, and utilize basic knowledge toward realizing broader applications of petroleum products. The Department offers a Bachelor of Science in Gas process and Petrochemical Engineering with a concentration in petrochemical and their production. Additionally, the Department offers courses to a large number of students from other departments and supports pre-professional programs.

Outcome 1

Graduates will be able to apply knowledge of mathematics, natural science, engineering fundamentals, Petrochemical/petroleum/Gas process/ gas engineering principles an ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics, and used it to the solution of complex engineering problems.
